This was another quilt that was ordered this year as a Christmas present. It is the same pattern that I used this summer.... different from the collage type that I usually do. I absolutely love this one and I am very happy with how it turned out. One of the things I love about quilting is seeing how beautiful each and every quilt looks when complete.

Here is a couple of quilts that was ordered as Christmas gifts this year.
The first one was done with Sepia photos - which was a first for me but I'm impressed with how well it turned out. The brown tones of the photos matches the brown tones of the fabric really well.

I would like to wish everyone a healthy and happy New Year. Thank-you to everyone who ordered a quilt this year. I really appreciate all of your business and kind words. I love being able to make these quilts and it's a personal accomplishment to see how beautiful each and every quilt turns out. Thanks :)

IT'S A GIRL!
A good friend of mine recently had a beautiful baby girl. In celebration of her arrival, I hosted a baby shower last weekend and of course had to surprise her with a photo quilt of her very own. Here are a couple of photos of the quilt I made for her. It turned out to be one of my favorite quilts I've made.
I love her reaction when she realized what it was!
Congratulations to her again, on such a beautiful Baby Girl!

Since I haven't posted any new quilts in the last few months due to a busy family life. Alas, here are the most recent ones. One was a gift to a cousin of mine in honor of her getting married. The other, was an order from a wonderful woman who is going to use the quilt for the guest signatures at her wedding. What a great idea! I am very pleased with how both turned out.
